The area offers fascinating bird-watching, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, outlet shopping, and area casino bus tours to Alantic City. Enjoy the outdoor pool and whirlpool from May 1 through Oct. 31. All units at Summer Place are air- conditioned and have a minimum of 2 televisions, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dry sauna and private decks. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 3 baths, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds and1 sleep sofa. Units 1-14 are bi-level and units 15-26 4-level townhouse style. ALL UNITS HAVE MANY STEPS AND ARE NOT HANDICAPACCESSIBLE. Office closes at 5:00 pm. Forlate check-in KEYS WILL BE IN YOUR UNIT. Emergency cell phone 302/245-0625. Resortrequires a security deposit of US$100 per week. Deposit payment can be made by check or credit card and must be paid in advance of check-in. In the event of a close-date confirmation, call the resort with credit card information. Due to limited space only 2 vehicles per unit, no boats, trailers or campers are permitted on property. No pets allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. No elevators.
